"What makes EclipseIT such a great place are the social events that are organised, which allow you to stay in contact with the other consultants. Each month a meeting is organised by EclipseIT. Once every three months this meeting is a so-called fun meeting. We'll do something fun together, like go-karting or a sushi workshop. But the business meetings at the office are always nice as well. People laugh and the atmosphere is very informal. You can really only describe the annual trip abroad - the strategy away day - if you have been there yourself. This long weekend means having fun and having a good time, but serious matters are also discussed during these days."
